RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Returns:

• Brown Skin Swim has a No Return, No Refund policy. If you have any issues with sizing, please refer below to the exchange policy. 

Exchanges:

• All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Exchanges are allowed ONE TIME ONLY. Please refer to the sizing chart to ensure correct sizing.
• Exchange shipping is at the customers expense.
• Brown Skin Swim reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. 

How to make an exchange:

• Confirm that hygiene liner is still in its original place.
• Email infobrownskinswim@gmail.com with the subject line: Exchange/[Order Number]. 
• In the body of the email, include the following:

1. Photos of the swimsuit (front, back, hygiene liner)
2. The new size you are requesting
3. Your new mailing address, if necessary

• Once your returned item(s) are received, I will contact you within 3-5 business days to complete the exchange.
